De correcte aanhaalmomenten zijn alle te vinden in het werkplaatshandboek voor de Td5 bij de afzonderlijke hoofdstukken met betrekking tot reparatie of revisie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Het zou te ver voeren om al deze aanhaalmomenten op deze pagina te vermelden. Elders op deze site kunt U in het hoofdstuk &quot;Literatuur&quot; de bestelnummers van de door U gewenste handboeken aantreffen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table width=\"100%\" border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"2\" bgcolor=\"#f3e9b6\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"56%\" height=\"460\" bgcolor=\"#005500\">\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Cilinderkop en nokkenasbehuizing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Aangezien er veel onnodige en kostbare fouten worden gemaakt met het de- en monteren van de Td5-cilinderkop zullen we hieronder als enige specifieke aanhaal-momenten van de motor, de juiste procedure en de correcte aanhaalmomenten voor de kopbouten weergeven.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Allereerst is het van groot belang te weten DAT DE CILINDERKOP NIET MAG WORDEN GEVLAKT. De maximaal toegestane kromheid van de cilinderkop bedraagt 0.10 mm. Indien de kromheid meer bedraagt, dan dient de cilinderkop te worden vervangen door een nieuwe kop. Aangezien de kop en de nokkenas behuizing gezamenlijk worden vervaardigd en gelijnboord, zijn beide niet afzonderlijk verkrijgbaar, maar dienen als geheel te worden vervangen. Indien de kromheid van de kop binnen de hiervoor aangegeven tollerantie blijft, dan kunt U het samenstel gerust weer monteren.
